Pill Pal
A medication reminder with no limit on medications. It keeps reminding you until you log the dose, counts down your refills and keeps everything on your phone.
Free for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. No account, no ads, no subscription. Pill Pal does not give medical advice. Follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.

Medications and schedules
Every pill. No limit.
Add every medication you take, free, with its name, strength, dose and a drawn pill shape and color, so you can tell them apart at a glance. Schedule each one every day, on chosen weekdays, every few days or as needed, at one or more times.
As-needed limits are your own numbers, shown as "Your limit: 4 a day".

Reminders
Reminders that nag, nicely.
Each dose gets a reminder with Taken, Snooze and Skip right on the notification. Not logged yet? A follow-up comes every 10 minutes, up to 6 times, then it stops. Log the dose anywhere and its reminders clear at once.
- Follow-upsEvery 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, or off
- Snooze10 minutes
- NamesShown or hidden in notifications, your call
Reminders follow your phone's notification, Focus and battery settings. Allow Time Sensitive notifications so they can come through Focus.

Refills
Know before you run out.
Add your pill count and every Taken dose counts it down (undo adds it back). Pill Pal shows about how many days are left and the day you run out, and alerts you once when supply gets low. Tap Refilled and the count goes back up.
Fish Oil: 9 capsules left at 2 capsules twice a day is about 2 days.

History
Every dose, on the record.
A day-by-day log of every dose, with the on-time rate for the last 7 and 30 days. Edit any entry and the pill count follows.
- On timeLogged within 60 minutes
- LateLogged after that
- SkippedWith an optional reason
- MissedNot logged by the next dose or the end of the day
Every status has a word and a symbol, never color alone.

Widgets and Control
Taken, right from the Home Screen.
The Next Dose widget has a Taken button of its own, and the Today widget lists the whole day. They work on the Home Screen, the Lock Screen and in StandBy. Quick actions and a Control log your next dose from Control Center or the Action button.
Widgets that show medication names are hidden while your phone is locked.

Apple Watch
Log it from your wrist.
Today's doses on your Apple Watch, each with Taken, Snooze and Skip. The watch talks straight to your iPhone, and a complication keeps the next dose on your watch face.

iPad
Room for the whole day.
On iPad, Pill Pal puts the list and the details side by side. Like on iPhone, everything stays on the device and in its own backup: no account, no server, nothing sent to us.

Pill Pal Pro
Free where it counts.
Medications, reminders, refills and the last 30 days of history are free, with no limits. Pill Pal Pro adds the doctor report (a PDF and a CSV made on your phone, ready to share), history older than 30 days, and three more themes and app icons.
$4.99 once. No subscription, no ads.
Older history is never deleted, just kept until you want it. Restore Purchases brings Pro back on a new device.

iPhone Duo
Unfold the whole day.
Pill Pal is ready for iPhone Duo: check your next dose on the outer display, then unfold and the same day fills the big inner one.
Free on the App Store. Pill Pal Pro is $4.99 once.
